Quilted Velvet Prayer Mat (Janamaz) – Geometric Knot Border Embroidery

A soft, padded plain velvet prayer mat (janamaz) with an embroidered geometric knot border, a plain arched niche and a hanging lantern motif. Ogee quilting across the whole mat gives it a gentle cushioned feel, with woven binding along the long sides and fringe at both ends.

• Quilted padding with grey backing
• Embroidered knot border, arch and lantern in single-line stitch
• Woven binding on the long sides, fringe on both short ends

Care: hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent, do not squeeze or wring, hang to drip dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
