Welcome to IBM Enterprises. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Products & pricing. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to display accurate product information; minor variations in color or texture can occur due to photography and screen settings. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices, products, and offers at any time.
Orders. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, repeated refused COD deliveries, stock unavailability, or pricing errors — with a full refund of any amount paid.
Cash on Delivery. COD orders may require phone/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels at delivery may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
Discount codes & offers. Promotional codes apply only during their stated period, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
Delivery & returns. Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property. All content on this website — including product photos, text, and the IBM Enterprises name and logo — belongs to IBM Enterprises and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
