Shipping policy

Delivery coverage. IBM Enterprises delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Processing time. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). Cash on Delivery orders may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch; unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery time. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Delivery charges. Delivery is free on orders above PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking. A tracking ID is sent by SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you don't receive one within 2 business days, contact us at +92 329 9265924 or info@ibmenterprises.pk.

Failed deliveries. Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you by phone. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability after repeated attempts, the parcel is returned to us; we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-delivery charges may apply).
