Ordering & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes — Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. Place your order, and pay in cash when the parcel arrives at your doorstep.

What other payment methods do you accept? Along with COD, we accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. WhatsApp us your order number as soon as possible at +92 329 9265924 and we'll update or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the courier, changes aren't possible — but you can use our 7-day return policy after delivery.

Delivery

How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days nationwide. Major cities often receive orders faster.

What are the delivery charges? Delivery is FREE on orders above PKR 5,000. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Do you deliver to my city? We deliver everywhere in Pakistan — cities, towns and villages covered by our courier partners. If you're unsure about your area, WhatsApp us your address and we'll confirm.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer 7-day easy returns. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? We're sorry in advance if that ever happens! Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund — return delivery is on us in this case.

Products & Sizes

Are the products color fast? Yes. Our fabrics use premium color-fast dyes. For best results, wash in cold water with mild detergent and dry away from direct sunlight.

How do I know which size to order? Every product lists its exact dimensions, and our Size Guide page explains standard Pakistani bedsheet, curtain, blanket and prayer rug sizes — plus how to measure your bed or window before ordering.

Do product colors look exactly like the photos? We photograph the actual products we sell. Minor differences can still occur due to screen brightness and lighting, but if the received color feels clearly different from the listing, our 7-day return policy has you covered.
